EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION OF GIR LEADERS

The 2021 Government and International Relations Symposium is a unique, multidimensional conference event designed to upskill and empower the next generation of leaders. With a future focused dimension, the Symposium offers a range of lectures and panel discussions revolving around the key issues in society today. We aim to prepare GIR students to pioneer the solutions of the future by providing networking opportunities and access to meet like-minded people.

Provide opportunities for attendees to improve essential skills such as critical thinking, problem solving and communication.

Held from the 2nd August – 5th August, the event will be an intensive four-day learning and professional development experience, incorporating a wide range of academic, interactive and career-oriented events.

With a program featuring high-level academic, government and industry leaders, our guiding ambition is to provide an opportunity for students to accelerate their education in the disciplines of Politics and International Relations, upskilling them to pioneer solutions for the pressing issues of the future.
